Giraffes do nothing to anyone. What is the deal with whites insisting on killing all things African? Why don’t you hear about them going hunting for any other continent’s wildlife and murdering docile creatures for fun?

Here’s the thing, she almost certainly did that with permission on a private game farm that specifically raised big animals to be killed by rich white tourists.
Does that make it right? Prooooobably not. But depending on the where/when, she had to pay a shitton of money for the opportunity to hunt that animal, and depending on which country that was in, that money went straight to conservation efforts. Heck, she might have been out with wardens who told her which animal to shoot based on it being unhealthy/a problem animal.
Poaching and habitat loss are much, MUCH bigger problems to these animals than legal hunters paying a shitton of money to be allowed to kill an animal that the conservationists were likely thinking needed to get put down for the overall health of the population anyways. Quite probably, the meat was donated to a local tribe.

1) Pics like that should never, ever be posted publically. Seriously.
2) I abhor the whole trophy hunting model. You’re not gonna eat it? Don’t shoot it.
